Welcome back to the Pure Possibilities podcast. I hope you've had an amazing week. I have had so much fun this week getting ready for the Magnetizer Vision Workshop that I'm having on Wednesday, february 5th, at 5 pm Pacific time. It's a 90-minute workshop where we're going to create and visualize and it's going to be a very interactive workshop and a lot of fun, so I hope you can join us. It's interesting because that actually goes along with this week's episode.

But before we dive into manifesting the life you desire through your core desired feelings, I wanted to just touch base and see how you did this week. Did you allow yourself to stay focused on your core desired feelings when things were coming up around you and the obstacles were getting in your way, and did you connect and recenter with yourself and focus on how you want to feel? I hope you did and I hope that this series has been really helpful for you. So I believe that there are two. There's probably, I'm sure there's more than one. I hear manifestation it's kind of a buzzword these days. Right, there's some people that are specific manifestors and some people that are non-specific manifestors. A specific manifestor is going to be somebody who says I want that, and then they get it and then so sometimes when somebody is a specific manifestor, they have to actually be really careful about the things that they put out into the universe, that they desire, because they get it, and sometimes that's not always a good thing. And then there are people that are non-specific manifestors. I am a non-specific manifestor because I focus on how I want to feel, not necessarily what I'm. There isn't generally a material or physical item that I'm reaching for. It's the feeling and actually I mean in general, I feel like manifestation. This is my opinion, you know. I don't know that we want the big, shiny object necessarily. We want the feeling that we're going to have when we have that thing. We get to that place, we reach that goal. It's the feeling that we're looking for and we absolutely have the ability to create those feelings before we actually have those things that we desire.

Speaker 1:

I had a hard time with this for a long time because I would have mentors who would say to create what you desire, you need to be really specific about what you actually want, and I didn't really know what I wanted. I knew that I wanted to feel peace and joy and freedom and all of those feelings, but I didn't know exactly how it would look. I didn't know specifically what house I wanted to have and what kind of car I wanted to drive and all of those things. I didn't know those things specifically. I know that I love to travel I don't necessarily. I mean there's some places I want to visit but for me to just put out a list of all the things that I actually want didn't feel right for me, and so I have been living my life following my intuition and just following the things that feel good. I've been doing this for several years and it's taken me down a really beautiful path and has allowed me to create a life that I really truly do enjoy, and I have a lot of fun, and for me it's about fun. It's about how much fun can I have.

Speaker 1:

So there's another way you can. I guess manifest is by feeling as though you already have the thing that you desire, and whether it's an amount of money or a new job or a new relationship or whatever you're desiring to draw into you. If you can practice the feeling of what that would feel like and even do affirmations. You can do that too, but I truly, truly believe it really comes down to the feeling, and again, that's for me. It may be different for you, but I am here to offer various options that may or may not work for you.

Speaker 1:

So we're not talking about wishful thinking. It's about aligning your energy and action with intention. So there's a connection between the feelings and the manifestation. Okay, so we're going to talk about energy and alignment. So the first part of that is going to be the law of attraction, so you attract what you embody. So if you're consistently feeling joy, peace and abundance, you're naturally going to call more of that back into your life. If you are calling in worry and fear, you're going to draw that into your life. So it's also about, like, how open and receptive are you? Is your energy tuned into that which you are wanting to receive?

Speaker 1:

And your feelings matter more than goals. I mean, let's be real, how you feel about something we've talked about before, how, when you're setting a specific goal, like a New Year's resolution, you can face burnout and you get frustrated if you don't meet that goal, and then you shit all over yourself. And that's not what we wanna do. We wanna feel good or feel as good as we possibly can in whatever moment. And those feelings because when you know that you feel good, when you do a certain thing that is going to connect more closely to you to help you sustain whatever the change is it's like you don't want to be chasing. You don't be chasing, have that intense chasing energy. You don't want to be chasing after promotion, chasing after relationship chasing. You know that chaotic, chasing energy isn't going to draw in peace and calm. You want to focus on embodying. If you're looking for a promotion, instead of chasing the promotion, you want to focus on embodying confidence and fulfillment and those things are going to help draw that promotion to you more specifically.

Speaker 1:

So another thing is, people get really caught up in when I have X, I will then finally be happy and we don't have to wait. You don't have to wait until you have the thing to feel, the way you want to feel. You can choose to feel that way right now. If you want to feel a little bit of freedom, say no to something that you feel like you should say yes to and that feels like freedom. Or if you are able to adjust your work schedule and squeeze in some time for you. There's a little bit of freedom there too. There are different ways that we can create freedom in our life. It doesn't necessarily have to be a financial freedom. Financial freedom is amazing, but that isn't necessarily, you know, whatever freedom means to you, if that's a core desired feeling that you're seeking. So you can always ask yourself, how can I embody and really feel into whatever my core desired feeling is today?

Speaker 1:

So the feeling-based manifestation process, so you can gain clarity when you define your ideal life through your feelings. So when you envision your dream life. What does success feel like? What does love feel like? And what does fulfillment feel like? What is the feeling of love?

Speaker 1:

Let's really talk about this for a second. So let's say you have children or you have a pet and you just love them to pieces. That's the feeling, that's the feeling you want, and you can get that like by getting cozy with your puppy and you know, snuggling or petting them or playing with them or whatever, or your kid, if you have them. You know those are different ways that you can increase your energy, increase your vibration, and that is taking your mind that you can't trust away from the fear, the doubt, the worry, the insecurity, whatever all of that is going on in your head by focusing on your core desired feelings and those things, then you just start to kind of flow through your day when you allow yourself to focus on those feelings. So what actions can you do to help you feel whatever feeling?

Speaker 1:

Like I said, you can snuggle with your pup or your cat or, if you have an animal, kids, whatever loved ones, whatever is going to, whatever you can do to create that feeling that you're desiring. So then there's inspired action versus forced action. So focus on aligned action instead of pushing through your resistance. So ask yourself does this action bring me closer to how I want to feel? Is it bringing me closer or is it pulling me farther away? I'm going to use water and hydration as an example. I know that I always feel better when I'm drinking water, and so would taking that action of drinking more water help me feel better? Yes, how's it going to feel in my body? What we're wanting to do is connect really truly connect with our body, and what actually feels good to you in your body when you allow yourself to connect and listen to your body, talk to you, kind of a game changer. A lot of times, though we don't allow ourselves to become still enough to actually listen, even if it's just like closing your eyes and feeling energy move through your body, you know where do you feel it.

Speaker 1:

The other important part of manifestation is letting go of the how and just trusting that it's going to happen. So trust that opportunities will align when you prioritize your feelings. I can absolutely stand behind that one and practice surrender and allowing space for unexpected possibilities. Anything is truly, truly possible when we can allow ourselves to surrender and lean into trust, and most of the time, the lack of trust comes from us not doing things that we not being in integrity with ourselves. We lose trust in ourselves, and when we don't trust ourselves, things are going to happen because we are not doing the things that we say that we're going to do.

Speaker 1:

So there's tools that you can also use for manifestation. So visual tools you can do like a vision board and, instead of like having objects, necessarily, you could choose to put things that represent certain feelings that you like to have ocean and the beach and the sunrise and sunsets and so whenever I see a picture of water, it's very calming and peaceful for me, no matter where I'm at. When I see that and I can feel and visualize what it feels like for me to be on the beach, walking on the sand and staring at the waves. I can seriously stare at waves for hours and hours and hours because I love it and it feels good and calm and peaceful for me. You can also use affirmations that allow you to embody your core feelings. I'm worthy of feeling joy and fulfillment today and you can repeat those. That's just an example, but you can repeat those daily to reinforce your emotional alignment.

Speaker 1:

Journaling Some people journal for manifestation. You can reflect, for example, what did I do today that made me feel my core emotions? How can I invite more of that into my life? And you can get creative with that stuff. I mean and again, you know, if you're like me and you feel like you don't really know yourself all that well, which I didn't use to, you know, I just try new things and it's like oh well, that's fun, oh yeah. No, I didn't like that Gratitude Always being in a space of gratitude. I'm grateful for the peace that I felt during my morning routine. I'm grateful for the joy that I felt when I was hanging out with my friends. I'm grateful for this candle that is sitting here flickering while I'm chatting with you. It's so fun. It's like a. It sounds like a crackling fire. I love it. I hadn't ever experienced one of these candles until I went to New York in December and a friend of mine gave it to me and I was like that's so cool. It just like it crackles fireplace and it smells delicious, yummy.

Speaker 1:

So how do we overcome blocks to manifestation? So I think it's important that you identify limiting beliefs. If you do not believe it's remotely possible for it to ever, ever happen, you know what. You can convince yourself and that'll be true and it won't happen. So what fears or doubts are holding me back from fully stepping into those feelings? Do I not believe I'm worthy? Do I not believe that I deserve it? What's really truly, truly holding you back? And then ask yourself is whatever that limiting belief is true? Is it really true? Most of the time it isn't. It's usually something that we've made up or somebody has projected it onto us over the years, and then we just start to believe it, releasing the need for perfection. That's a good one. We're looking for progress here, people. We are looking for progress, not perfection, because I can guarantee you every day is not going to be perfect. It's literally the awareness and the progress, not perfection, and creating boundaries to protect your emotional alignment.

Speaker 1:

Boundaries are really important and, as I've said before, those boundaries are for you and so sometimes that is going to be saying no when you feel like you should say yes, and you might feel like shit for a minute, but later on you're going to appreciate that you honored however you felt. And if, if you know that you're going to go into a situation and it is not going to feel good to you at all, then don't go say no. And when you say no, you don't even have to give people a reason. You don't even have to give a reason why you're not going. It's okay for you to not want to go somewhere simply because you don't want to go. How's that for giving yourself permission?

Speaker 1:

So, as you continue down this path and you're focusing on your core feelings and it really starts to become really natural and a part of your day and it doesn't necessarily take I'm going to say it doesn't take as much focus, but I'm not like pulling out a list of paper every time. I'm so connected now to knowing when something does not feel good, I want it to change and I know what I can do to shift those feelings. Sometimes it's stepping out of a room, sometimes it's breathing, sometimes it's getting up and shaking my ass. I know how important it is to prioritize how I feel and I honor that and celebrate it. Celebrate it. I had a breakthrough on something over the weekend and I was like, so proud of myself. I was like, oh my gosh, like I have things coming up all the time that I'm, that I'm working through it's like this big, massive aha and I celebrate the shit out of that because I'm so, so proud of myself and the path that I've been on and the journey that I'm on and just continually like expanding and leveling my shit up and truly stepping into the most magnificent version of myself. And so when I have, you know, something come to me and I'm like, oh my gosh, that was what was going on with that. Or oh, I have more details, I'll share it a later time, but it's, it feels really good.

Speaker 1:

And when you prioritize yourself and prioritize how you feel, you really truly will feel a shift in your life. And it may take a little bit of time and it definitely takes a little bit of practice and it absolutely takes awareness. But as you continue to do these small steps every day, you will ultimately feel a shift, I promise you. So let's go over our key takeaways, I promise you. So let's go over our key takeaways. So manifestation isn't about chasing, it's about embodying your desired feelings now, and you know, start today. Choose one small action that feels aligned with how you want to feel, and watch how things shift for you. Again, you know, it just takes little things here and there and these little micro steps. It's not anything huge necessarily. So next week we are going to talk about how to create a lifestyle that fully supports your core desired feelings in every aspect. When we have expectations of other people, we're often disappointed. So what if we can? We project expectations on other people and they don't even always know that we have those expectations of them. And then, when they don't follow through and don't do those things, we get disappointed and we get upset. And what if we just allow ourselves to love them without expectation? It's really beautiful.
